Delivery Information

La Gatta optical d.o.o. has signed a contract with the courier service Post Express and delivery is made throughout the Republic of Serbia!

For all orders received by 7 pm from Monday to Friday, the approximate delivery time is 3 working days for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. In case the order is made over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), delivery is done as for orders received on Monday - so the next working day.

If the method of payment is via invoice, delivery is up to 3 working days, after recording the payment.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional information

The items will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling of the goods in transport. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately advertise it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie he refuses to take over the shipment on which external damage is visible. All subsequent product complaints due to damage caused during delivery will not be accepted.

When picking up the product, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note taken by the delivery worker of the Post Express courier service. The delivery note is considered a confirmation of delivery and collection of goods.

Restrictions on delivery of goods

Delivery of items purchased on the website www.lagatta.rs is done exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is currently not possible.
